About the position

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration & Analytics Engineer at Cottage Health is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance the organization's AI solutions capabilities. This role involves providing thorough reviews, assessments, and recommendations for the secure integration of AI capabilities into existing systems. The engineer will focus on optimizing performance and ensuring the seamless deployment of AI-related solutions across the health system. Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance AI solutions capabilities within Cottage Health.
  • Review, assess, and recommend secure integration of AI capabilities into existing systems.
  • Optimize performance of AI-related solutions and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement AI technologies effectively.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and technologies relevant to healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or data science.
  • Minimum of three years' experience with AI, solution engineering, and/or architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and machine learning models.
  • Experience in integrating AI solutions, particularly in a healthcare IT environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as an engineer, developer, analyst, or similar role working on AI integration and analytics projects.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in implementing and managing GenAI solutions and integrations.
