About the position

As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable tools for efficient machine learning workflows at the enterprise level. Your expertise will enable data scientists to build, test, and deploy models that support high-impact missions across various sectors. You will be responsible for defining mission-critical solutions, developing MLOps pipelines, and collaborating with clients to derive insights from complex datasets, ultimately aiding military and government leaders in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop mission-critical AI and ML solutions.
• Create MLOps pipelines and containerized solutions for model delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and questions.
• Develop algorithms and predictive analytics to drive innovation.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to data-rich environments.
• Guide clients in navigating ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, data analytics, or data research.
• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C, or Java.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience building AI or ML solutions for enterprise operational use cases.
• Experience with computer vision.
• Ability to design environments supporting MLOps pipelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools.
• Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs.
• Experience with modern Cloud containerization technologies and CI/CD.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or deep learning projects.
• Experience with MLOps open-source and COTS products like MLFlow or SageMaker.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
