The AI PMO organization is pivotal in leading and delivering our new Gen AI solutions to grow the organization in collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams. As a Business Analyst in the AI PMO team, reporting to the Vice-President, AI PMO, you will be instrumental throughout the implementations that not only enhance customer satisfaction but also support new business opportunities that drive revenue growth for OpenText. As an AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their unique challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver significant value. Work with internal teams to drive adoption of our AI tools in Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI Fundamentals, drive AI usage, help with data analysis, and data cleansing activities across AI offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on AI or data-driven initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts, including LLMs, Prompt engineering, and deep learning.
• Experience working with data pipelines and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with Gen AI model selection and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of industry-standard AI frameworks and tools.
• Minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
