About the position

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Petram Search Group will be part of a Data & AI team focused on transforming the global financial network and enhancing product and service quality. This role involves leveraging advanced AI and ML algorithms to develop solutions for automated document processing and customer service chatbots, with an emphasis on privacy, security, and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Join a Data & AI team to transform the global financial network.
• Leverage AI and ML algorithms for automated document processing and customer service chatbots.
• Build solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Design outputs in JSON or HTML formats for dashboards/portals.
• Develop extensible API integrations with short cycle times.
• Align solutions with responsible AI practices.
• Envision solutions to solve business problems with actionable insights.
• Understand AI data interpretation to build effective prompts.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines including data preprocessing and model training.
• Create clear documentation for technical specifications and templates.
• Establish best practices for generative AI development.
• Maintain collaborative relationships within the technology organization and wider business.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in AI/ML engineering
• Experience with Azure AI/Studio
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience in implementing enterprise systems for AI and natural language processing
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience designing scalable software systems for classification and text extraction
• Solid experience with Generative AI like transformers and LLMs
• Experience with NLP techniques and tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks and data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
