About the position

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect specializing in AI/ML to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards, particularly in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of AI-based solutions for personalized customer experiences across omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc).
• Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry best practices, including compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare conceptual design/architecture systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and GenAI to enhance customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technologies by reviewing whitepapers, research papers, and industry reports.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and trends, proposing innovations that align with business needs and competitive market demands.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Participate in JAD sessions with product teams to explore the possibilities of AI technologies.
• Present AI strategies and architectures to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact on business outcomes.
• Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of AI limitations including Governance and Bias.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing technical whitepapers and research papers to inform AI strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the healthcare industry (5 years preferred).
• Experience with Generative AI (3 years preferred).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) (3 years preferred).
