About the position

The Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer position is a full-time role based in Plano, TX, focused on developing large-scale, high-volume enterprise applications using AI and ML technologies. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in creating machine learning pipelines, building deep neural networks, and deploying models in production environments. The engineer will work with various programming languages and frameworks, contributing to the development of mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop mission-critical, large-scale, high-volume enterprise applications using AI/ML and Python/Java/J2EE.
• Create ML pipelines for data collection, processing, model creation, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Build Deep Neural Networks or Transformer Models using Pytorch/TensorFlow.
• Train ML models and understand different model training techniques.
• Prepare data and understand inputs and outputs for various model types (DNN, CNN, Transformers, LLMs).
• Utilize GPU/TPU for model training.
• Work in both Linux and Windows environments for model training and deployment.
• Train Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Work with speech models.
• Develop REST APIs using Spring.
• Utilize cloud technology in development.
• Follow Agile and SDLC development models.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Java/J2EE.
• Experience in creating ML pipelines and deploying models in production environments.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with model training techniques and data preparation.
• Familiarity with GPU/TPU enabled model training.
• Experience in both Linux and Windows environments.
