About the position

Tudor Investment Corp. is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer to develop and implement an AI-powered platform and ongoing AI strategy. The role involves building platform components, diagnosing performance barriers, and leading end-to-end product development for large language model (LLM) training. The engineer will also analyze new AI technologies and serve as a subject matter expert on the AI platform for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered platform components.
• Diagnose performance barriers and minimize the footprint of large language models (LLMs).
• Measure and benchmark LLM performance.
• Lead end-to-end product development for LLM training.
• Analyze new AI technology and research trends in AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the AI platform for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Science, or a related technical field.
• 4 years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies, including large language models.
• 4 years of experience with GPT or generative AI.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, complex data, and AI.
• Familiarity with financial markets and cloud technologies.
