About the position

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager for Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and financial performance of all enterprise ambulatory surgery centers. This role ensures that revenue is optimized, financial goals are met, and business operations run smoothly. The manager collaborates with finance, contracting, and regulatory bodies to ensure the financial viability and growth of the ASCs, while also ensuring compliance with billing and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational efficiency and financial performance of ambulatory surgery centers.
• Ensure revenue optimization and achievement of financial goals.
• Collaborate with finance and contracting teams to validate financial information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding billing and insurance documentation.
• Develop proformas for new and existing ASC-appropriate clinical surgical specialties.
• Interact with physician and ASC leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in an ASC environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
