Responsibilities

- Work closely with healthcare professionals to interpret findings, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate laboratory information.
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures and regulatory standards in all laboratory procedures.
- Perform various laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (or an Associate's degree in MLT).
- Maintain certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) from a recognized accrediting body like ASCP or AMT (preferred, not required).
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols in laboratory operations.
- Previous experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting is advantageous, but not obligatory.
