ASG is a dynamic and growth-oriented holding company focused on creating long-term value through strategic investments; the HR team partners with ASG companies to drive operational expertise at scale. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of policies, systems, and processes across ASG. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence in HR, supporting both HoldCo and ASG entities in three core areas: payroll & benefits administration, M&A diligence and integration of companies, and compensation administration. The HR Operations Manager will also manage the day to day function for our holding company team across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a passion for data and people systems (and people!), is highly analytical, will champion ASG’s culture and values and is well-steeped in the details and nuances of people operations. This is an exempt role that reports directly to the Vice President of HR. We have a strong preference for candidates based in the Bay Area. ASG’s primary office is located in Walnut Creek, and this role requires in-person attendance at our Walnut Creek office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
