The Asleep Overnight Caregiver position at Sevita involves providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during overnight hours.
• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
• Communicate effectively with participants and team members.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
• No High School Diploma required.
• No prior experience necessary.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving or support roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of psychology or related fields.
