Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an established crew for paving projects.
• Operate paving machines and ensure proper use of materials.
• Perform tonnage calculations and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Interpret drawings and ensure proper slopes and compaction techniques are applied.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in supervising paving crews.
• Knowledge of PennDOT paving materials and specifications.
• Ability to perform tonnage calculations.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and compaction techniques.
