Responsibilities

• Operate tanker truck and be able to tow trailers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members to optimize workflow.
• Monitor the progress of sealcoating activities, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project updates and any issues that arise.
• Train new crew members on equipment operation, safety practices, and job responsibilities.
