About the position

The Assembler position at Snap-on Inc. involves working on the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays. Responsibilities

• Assembly of some or all product lines using both manual and mechanical means
• Capable of calibrating, building, and finalizing products
• Capable of laser setup and operations
• Maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year equivalent manufacturing experience
• Soldering and assembly experience strongly preferred
• Must be literate and fluent in English
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to train colleagues and new hires
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with light powered electrical or mechanical tools
• Familiarity with mechanical subassemblies
