Join our team as a Cleanroom Assembler specializing in catheters designed to prevent brain aneurysms. In this role, you will predominantly work with a microscope, utilizing small hand tools to assemble intricate components such as coiling wire and small tubing. The position is for the 2nd shift, which operates from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), and you can expect to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week. The pay rate for entry-level candidates starts at $19 per hour, while those with at least 2 years of experience can earn up to $21 per hour. The final pay rate will depend on your experience, assessment performance, and interview results. A $1 raise is possible after 3 months, although it is not guaranteed. However, upon transitioning to a permanent position, you will receive a $1 raise, with 100% of your benefits covered. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months. The work environment is a cleanroom, requiring full gowning. The manager is understanding and provides multiple chances for improvement, provided that attendance is strong and effort is evident. Open communication and good relationships in the cleanroom are encouraged, as long as the quality of work remains high.
