About the position

Responsibilities
- Make quality judgments on conforming and non-conforming line products.
- Support all aspects of the metal coating process.
- Focus on performance, quality control, and on-time order completion.
- Assist fellow associates as needed and show initiative and flexibility.
- Take ownership of safety, quality, and output related to job assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to interpret scheduling sheets and related paperwork.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality and determine actions for non-conforming parts.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and pallets.
- Ability to differentiate between colors and check quality of shades.
