About the position
The Manufacturing Technician position is focused on building various complex instruments to meet production goals within a work cell. This role involves collaboration with team members to solve problems and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies and install in the final build of instruments that meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, various hand tools, and soldering.
