About the position

The Manufacturing Assembler position at Revelyst involves performing manual labor along a production line or in production cells, focusing on assembling or disassembling various component parts. Responsibilities

• Follow product specifications to determine required assembly.
• Perform prep work as needed.
• Check immediate assembly area for adequate supplies needed for the particular assembly.
• Request/pull supplies through appropriate channels.
• Report any assembly problems/issues to the supervisor for evaluation and resolution.
• Use simple hand tools to perform job duties.
• Operate and use all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report all incidents/accidents/injuries immediately to Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three (1-2) years' experience in intricate hand assembly and/or general assembly.
• Basic understanding of general production process in a warehouse facility.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to operate the necessary equipment and verify compliance with quality control standards.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with teammates.
• Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Careful attention to detail.
