About The Position
At JBT Corporation, we are committed to fortifying the future of food through our innovative food and beverage technology. We are looking for a dedicated individual to perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, hydraulic and pneumatic piping on a complete line of food processing equipment. This role requires the ability to work from mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, work instructions, and shop routings. The successful candidate will operate power tools, fabrication equipment, overhead cranes, and forklifts, and will be responsible for performing operational testing to ensure that equipment meets test specifications. Knowledge or experience in gas-fired equipment is desirable, as well as experience or aptitude in operating and testing Industrial Controls, Variable Frequency Drives, servo-motor controls, cameras, and/or laser scanners.
