This position reports to the Integrated Product Unit Leader. Your role and responsibilities include conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing where integrated with production lines. Work is typically done manually or by using light hand tools. The job may include regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. The skill set required depends on the type of products and level of complexity. You will conduct shop floor operations in compliance with health & safety guidelines and report any non-compliance. Additionally, you will operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels.
• Perform packing where integrated with production lines.
• Conduct regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate manually or using light hand tools.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines and report non-compliance.
• Maintain a clean work area and operate within standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Available to work in any required shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• Electrical apprentice.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
