About The Position

Inalfa Roof Systems is a world leading supplier for OEM automotive roof systems and is looking for candidates to work on the development of roof systems for future car models. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and articulating safety, quality, and performance targets for the product and/or process, while maintaining good attendance.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow process instructions
• Ability to work from both written and oral instructions in English
• Good attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to visually identify all tools and materials required for the work
• Ability to visually inspect parts for defects and color
• Ability to operate common hand and power tools safely and effectively

Responsibilities

• Assembly of sunroofs and sunroof components
• Strict adherence to all process documentation related to Manufacturing department functions
