The Assembly Line Worker/Machine Operator is responsible for preparing and operating bobbin winders in a manufacturing environment. This role involves setting up machines according to specifications, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. The operator will also troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by positioning guides and rolls.
• Operate and monitor bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications.
• Set up and operate bobbin winders following detailed instructions accurately.
• String wire through bobbin winders and adjust counter to necessary footage.
• Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Winding experience.
