Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. Our Ottawa Manufacturing team is looking for Assembly Production Operators to assemble compact and upright freezers. The position offers a pay rate of $20.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
- Bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
- Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment
- Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 18 years old or older
- Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction.
Nice-to-haves
- 6 months of manufacturing work experience
- 1+ years of consistent work experience
