About the position

Westmor Industries is seeking a dedicated Truck Manufacturing Technician to join their energetic and entrepreneurial team. This role involves assembling various components of trucks and trailers, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting mechanical issues while adhering to safety standards. The position is ideal for individuals with hands-on skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the manufacturing of storage, transport, and dispensing solutions for petroleum and other liquids and gases.

Responsibilities

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks and trailers are painted
• Installing pre-fabricated parts on trucks and trailers
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Using a variety of hand tools to complete assembly procedures
• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on tanker trucks and trailers
