Honeywell's ACST team is seeking an Assembly Test Technician level 3 for our Chandler, AZ location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests and evaluations on electronic systems to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.
  • Install and integrate electronic components into mechanical systems, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic malfunctions to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components for production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all security rules.
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Set up and change over equipment.
  • Use measuring and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Communicate non-compliance incidents.
  • Prepare or update reports and documentation.
  • Self-motivated by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
  • Identify areas for technical improvement.
  • Travel to ACST locations approximately 3 weeks per month in 2024.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years' experience in assembly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Skilled in assembly, vacuum environments, soldering, leak detection, and continuity testing.
  • Installs and maintains electrical control systems.
  • Follows procedures, troubleshoots using computer skills.
