About the position

The National Assessment Manager plays a critical role in managing the preparation and implementation of student assessments across national, state, and district levels. This position ensures that all students have optimal testing environments and that stakeholders adhere to testing guidelines with complete fidelity. The role involves data collection, reporting, and providing guidance to testing coordinators to facilitate accurate and efficient access to assessment data for informed instructional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and implementation of assigned national, state, and district student assessments.
• Ensure 100% of students have optimal testing environments across the organization.
• Meet 95% of assigned testing program and system deadlines on time.
• Develop, update, and implement annual operating plans for testing programs and systems.
• Support the preparation and administration of various assessments for district, state, and national programs.
• Develop strong business partnerships with vendor representatives and district teams to ensure testing goals are met.
• Deliver high-quality training and resources to campuses for test administration.
• Coach and develop testing coordinators to ensure 100% student participation in testing.
• Manage the ordering, handling, processing, and shipping of testing materials.
• Track student test participation progress using district-shared tracking systems.
• Conduct investigations into testing irregularities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a campus testing coordinator with a proven record of success.
• Experience designing and delivering training presentations, both virtually and in-person.
