As a LOB Risk Expert within PNC's Corporate Asset & Liability Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. In this role, you will be a strong communicator with a proven ability to communicate with executive and senior management, and work cross-functionally with senior leaders in different business units and support functions to drive outcomes. You will have the ability to work independently, formulate clear and concise analysis, and communicate results to all levels of management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating first line of defense risk management functions for key Risk Assessment Units with ALM, acting as the primary resource for ALM subject matter experts on assessing and documenting applicable risks and controls through the Enterprise Risk Management Risk Control Self Assessment framework. You will oversee the Issues Management function for ALM Risk Assessment Units to ensure appropriate issue identification, review, remediation, and documentation. Additionally, you will facilitate ALM assessment of ongoing and upcoming regulatory change, including in-depth reviews of potential impact and preparation. You will also act as coordinator for change management initiatives within ALM for several key projects, supporting ALM business areas as a point of contact through second and third line of defense reviews and challenges performed by PNC's Independent Risk Management and Internal Audit functions. Furthermore, you will provide regulatory exam support and coordination for ALM business areas, interacting with the FRB, OCC, NFA, and FHLB.
