About the position

AppleOne’s high-profile client is seeking an Asset, Compliance and Property Manager to oversee property operations and asset performance. This role is critical in ensuring that all subsidies are properly calendared, applied for, and collected, including SCOSR, COSR, and TAY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of general property management procedures. They will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of property operating budgets and reports, as well as maintenance oversight and management of property management staff. Knowledge of public and private financing sources and housing programs is essential, particularly those related to local, state, and federal programs, as well as low-income housing tax credits. The Housing Asset, Compliance and Property Coordinator should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in affordable housing asset management or compliance, preferably in permanent supportive housing that is subsidized with public funds.
