About the position

The Asset Data & Quality Assurance Manager is a first-line professional manager responsible for overseeing the Asset Data Management (ADM) Unit within the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. This role involves ensuring operational coverage, coordinating staff activities, maintaining records, developing reports, and providing excellent customer service. The manager will implement innovative work methods to enhance efficiency and meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage professional staff in the Asset Data Management Unit.
  • Ensure operational coverage and coordinate work activities.
  • Maintain records related to the program and develop reports.
  • Compose correspondence related to the work.
  • Monitor operational procedures and implement innovative work methods.
  • Coordinate staff activities related to data entry and automated maintenance scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level.
