About the position

TEKsystems is seeking an Asset Finance Onboarding Support Specialist to join our team and work with one of the largest banks in the Midwest. This role is crucial in administering the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients, which includes validating and inputting account data into our system of record. The position requires strong communication skills as you will be corresponding with customers via phone and email, providing them with the necessary support and information throughout the onboarding process. In addition to managing the onboarding tasks, the specialist will maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of the active pipeline. This involves collaborating efficiently with both internal and external customers to ensure that all onboarding processes are completed in a timely manner. The role also requires an individual who is proactive in expanding and maintaining brand knowledge, which is essential for providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and banking, looking to gain valuable experience in a reputable company. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3+ years of Banking/Financial customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred, not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Reliable - able to work in-office every day
