About the position

As a Product Manager Client Service Publishing Solutions within Asset Management at J.P. Morgan, you will focus on solving strategic business problems and enabling new opportunities through innovative products. This role involves driving process and technology innovation, collaborating with design and technology partners, and enhancing the client experience across the investment product lifecycle. You will manage a diverse reporting demand and lead significant data and technology initiatives to transform the scalability and client experience of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product's vision and execute your delivery strategy to realize it, applying product best practices.
  • Manage the product backlog in an agile development environment using data-informed evidence.
  • Drive data acquisition and quality improvement efforts for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Distill insights from data across diverse user, business, and industry sources.
  • Maximize product value by marketing it effectively and educating users.
  • Lead a small team of product managers and set motivating objectives for stakeholders and peers.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide frequent updates to C-level Asset Management executives on key milestones, progress, and challenges.

Requirements

  • High data literacy and ability to communicate insights for decision-making.
  • Hands-on product management experience with agile practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of technology trends and their application in business solutions.
  • Ability to navigate conflict and appreciate diverse perspectives.
  • Organized execution with effective expectation management and communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Curiosity about user behavior and advocacy for user needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Asset Management business experience or experience in a Client Service organization.
  • UX research or design experience.
