About the position

The Asset Management Project Manager at HNTB Corporation is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of transportation asset management projects. This role involves developing project scopes, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality delivery that meets client satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with various teams and clients to implement sustainable solutions and technical analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Develop the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Oversee the delivery of project plans to ensure quality work, on time and on budget.
• Support the technical development of projects and asset management efforts.
• Conduct economic analysis and integrate new data models for long-term performance.
• Serve as a liaison with existing and future clients.
• Proactively manage project budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and client communications.
• Review design-related specifications, calculations, reports, and plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address design-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project teams.
• Experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
