About the position

V2X is seeking a senior logistics professional to provide Total Asset Management (TAM) workforce training and subject matter expert-level program support for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Property Management Division. This role involves managing all NGA Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) and executing TAM training and program functions as per the Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) lifecycle property management process.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Agency-level logistics policies and processes for personal and real property management.
• Monitor and manage NGA property accountability programs in accordance with Department of Defense, NGA and other authoritative guidance.
• Facilitate and instruct quarterly TAM functions and role-based training to the NGA workforce.
• Review new and existing asset management course materials for improvements and revision.
• Validate and track certifications of all Asset Custodians and Program Asset Managers and report metrics within PeopleSoft property system.
• Support, advise, and monitor V2X TAM team members to ensure program success.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Business, Supply-chain, Education or Related Technical Field
• Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM)
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated expertise in Leadership, Management, and Logistics Operations
• Demonstrated understanding of the Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) lifecycle property management process
• Ability to deliver technical training to multiple stakeholders, using multiple approaches
• Effective oral and written communication; customer service; and program planning
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Property Record System(s)/Database, Classroom Training and Virtual Training equipment and applications.
