We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Asset Manager to join our team and help ensure the continued excellence of our physical assets. The Physical Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all physical assets within the organization, including vehicles, properties, and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all assets are in optimal condition, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Greenawalt Hospitality. The Physical Asset Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of all company vehicles, ensuring they are serviced regularly and remain in good working condition. This includes managing the maintenance and upkeep of company properties, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. The manager will also ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and functioning efficiently. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols for all physical assets is a key responsibility, along with conducting regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement. In this role, the Physical Asset Manager will coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of new assets. Maintaining accurate records of all assets, including maintenance history and usage, is essential. The manager will also develop and manage budgets for asset maintenance and procurement, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Training and supervising maintenance staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles is also a critical aspect of this position. Additionally, the manager will implement and monitor asset management software and tools to improve efficiency and manage the day-to-day operational duties of Event Restroom Trailers and Event Ice, ensuring high standards are upheld throughout the entire event process, from preparation to post-event cleanup.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in asset management, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
