About the position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a curious and meticulous Asset Protection Manager to join our Las Vegas market. Based at our Wynn location, this role will oversee all asset protection responsibilities across all 8 of our Las Vegas stores. Reporting to the Sr. Regional Asset Protection Manager, the AP Manager will closely collaborate with Store Managers and their teams to ensure the lowest level of loss and risk while delivering exceptional client experiences and service. The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for protecting company assets and helping the Las Vegas stores enforce Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink. You will also enforce policies, procedures and standards set by the store, department and company. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment or have a strong history involving customer service, dealing with Internal Control and Safety awareness. You must be motivated to continuously improve personal performance, work well in a store setting, and possess elevated interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all asset protection responsibilities across all Las Vegas stores.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and their teams to minimize loss and risk.
  • Enforce Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection/Security Supervision/Management experience.
  • Completion of investigation courses (e.g., Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation).
  • Working knowledge of Security/Loss Prevention affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V. / Alarm systems).
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
  • Retail experience, ideally in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer, systems, and reporting skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Strong history involving customer service.
  • Experience dealing with Internal Control and Safety awareness.
