About the position

The Asset Protection (AP) Field Coordinator is responsible for the administration and program coordination for global AP Field teams. This role involves overseeing communication related to new stores, managing budgets for new store equipment, and maintaining AP-related information. The coordinator will support both virtual and in-person events and ensure effective collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all AP-specific activities for field personnel, including new hires, terminations, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with IT for hardware setup and access grants.
  • Build onboarding schedules and maintain training materials.
  • Manage personnel files, including performance documentation and accreditations.
  • Support account management for AP vehicles through a corporate provider.
  • Maintain communication with AP's HR Business Partner and Recruiter.
  • Send termination checklists and complete system cleanup.
  • Manage the field mentorship program.
  • Support the expense management process by processing flagged expense reports.
  • Organize and coordinate AP meetings, including calls and team visits.
  • Manage the budget and inventory for new and existing store AP equipment.
  • Coordinate contract security guards as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and purchase order processing.
  • Draft and maintain training materials for AP processes.
  • Resolve issues pre/post store openings.
  • Maintain safe processes for the global stores fleet.
  • Build partnerships with Home Office Development, Store Communications, and Store Construction.
  • Coordinate annual AP Awareness Week and Safety Week materials.
  • Support AP committees and provide ad hoc assistance to field personnel.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Experience with AP-related hardware/equipment/systems preferred.
  • Event coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience with documentation-building software (e.g., Adobe, InDesign) required.
  • PO-writing experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for the A&F brands.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
