About the position
As an Asset Protection Supervisor at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with security protocols. This position involves overseeing asset protection programs, conducting investigations, and managing safety standards within the distribution center. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain a secure environment and support business operations while providing training and development to colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Support Asset Protection programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the security of company assets including employees, building, product, and supplies.
- Conduct internal and external investigations related to theft, fraud, and safety violations.
- Oversee Environmental Health and Safety programs and conduct operational audits.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with training and development of colleagues through various platforms.
- Supervise Distribution Center Quality Auditors and contracted security services.
- Ensure physical security standards are maintained, including CCTV and access control operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or a similar field.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience, directly or indirectly leading a team.
- Experience with auditing and investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar industry certification preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Asset Protection or Retail Operations.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Industry certifications such as LPC, LPQ, CPP, or CFI.
