About the position
The Asset Recovery and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing supply chain operations within the oil and gas sector, focusing on asset recovery and logistics. This role requires a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in pipeline and mid-stream operations, and involves analyzing financial results and metrics related to inventory and cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain operations related to asset recovery and logistics.
- Analyze monthly financial results and prepare quarterly financial summaries.
- Provide high-level earnings results analysis, including Distributable Cash Flow (DCF) and EPS analysis.
- Review actual vs. budget, actual vs. actual, and actual vs. forecast financial metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient materials management and warehousing functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree required.
- At least five (5) years of related supply chain experience in pipeline, mid-stream, or oil & gas settings.
- Experience with SAP and inventory-related SAP functions.
- Experience in reviewing financial results and deliverables.
Nice-to-haves
- Designation or enrollment in a Supply Chain certification (SCMP, CPIM, etc.).
- General experience with materials management and warehousing functions.
- General knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across various commodities.
