About the position

The Vice President of Change Management within Goldman Sachs' Asset & Wealth Management Division is responsible for leading high-priority initiatives that support the global AWM businesses. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and realization of benefits, while navigating complex business challenges and technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives to drive timely delivery of implementations, ensuring they are on budget and of high quality.
  • Mitigate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, working towards practical resolutions.
  • Exert influence and impact to drive delivery and manage senior stakeholders, ensuring optimal solutions are achieved.
  • Work alongside Deal Execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations, and Engineers to deliver solutions and benefits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years' relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with problem-solving and data gathering capabilities.
  • Proven change management skills including business case definition, risk articulation, and status reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on empowerment, transparency, and conflict resolution in large-scale programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $250,000.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on fiscal year-end performance.
