Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver client solutions

  • Assist in client proposals and stay current with industry trends
  • Analyze complex problems to create exceptional deliverables

  • Utilize professional skepticism in reviewing deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance
  • 6 years of experience

  • Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics, Financial Mathematics, Managerial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Quantitative Finance preferred
