About the position

The Analyst position within the Credit Facility Management (CFM) team at Goldman Sachs focuses on managing credit facilities that are essential for delivering performance to investors. The role involves compliance management, relationship building with lenders, and supporting various financial operations in a fast-paced environment. Analysts will work closely with senior team members to ensure effective management of credit facilities and contribute to technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing a series of credit facilities including underlying covenants, concentration limits, borrowing base and reporting compliance
• Tracking/collating and analyzing underlying asset data
• Facilitating utilization requests and servicing events
• Managing lender and agent relationships
• Assisting with facility negotiation and pre-execution approvals
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing detailed performance metrics
• Creating management presentations/responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses for same
• Supporting/furthering technology initiatives related to the above responsibilities
• Additional responsibilities will be based on the needs of the business and the candidate's specific skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other business discipline
• Asset management / fund financing / credit facility experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Strong internal and communication skills, oral as well as written
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a small team, exhibit initiative and be proactive
• Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information
• Interest in working on technology initiatives
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
