GS Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies - direct lending (middle market and large cap performing credit), opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity.

Responsibilities

  • Draft investment committee minutes and ensure they reflect key committee discussion points in line with the firm's best practices.
  • Provide corporate secretarial work for Private Credit Investment committees, including Credit Investment Committee and Investment Grade Private Credit Investment Committee.
  • Coordinate the review of minutes by appropriate stakeholders and circulate reviewed minutes to committee members quarterly.
  • Work closely with committee chairs, committee secretary, the COO team, and other internal constituencies such as Credit, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Assist in additional related matters and special projects within the COO team as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Capability to multi-task with attention to detail and focus on quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prior corporate governance / corporate secretarial experience preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of debt instruments preferred.
