About the position

The Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager at PwC is responsible for advising clients on their tax obligations and providing strategic consulting related to business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs.
• Act as a strategic consultant related to business analysis and profit sharing.
• Help organizations understand pricing implications of goods and services between related parties.
• Provide advice on tax implications of deals.
• Manage operational tax risks and capital requirements for clients.
• Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax services.
• CPA or other relevant tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.

Nice-to-haves

• Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for investment partnerships including hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds.
• Experience with structuring funds to limit tax liability.
• Knowledge of alternative investment strategies and vehicles.
