About the position

The Titan Company is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Administration department. This full-time position is essential for providing support to our commodity and freight brokerage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient freight transactions by providing both administrative and operational support. This role requires a well-organized individual who can adapt to changing business needs and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are crucial as the Assistant Account Executive will assist in planning and executing projects that meet client and customer needs. In this role, you will develop sales materials such as proposals, slides, and analyses, and assist in delivering presentations to clients. Conducting research to inform client strategies is also a key responsibility. You will help plan projects from start to finish, which includes estimating budgets and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and monitoring project progress, timelines, and expenses. Regular status reports will need to be submitted, and you will be responsible for responding to customer requests and maintaining data and records. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Assistant Account Executive, Account Coordinator, or in a similar role, with a background in project management and social media marketing. Familiarity with brokerage or logistics software is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. This position requires outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.

Requirements
