Responsibilities

• Work with teams to create compelling influencer marketing programs on behalf of major brands.
• Ideate and brainstorm potential influencers for specific client campaigns.
• Aggregate submissions for influencer personalities from various agencies and present them to clients.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating influencer contracts with oversight.
• Execute partnerships with influencers from program concepting through to campaign completion, including selecting influencers and reviewing content.
• Be proficient in influencer tools and stay updated on reporting needs.
• Support logistics for influencers for specific campaigns or programs.
• Monitor and report on industry news and trends in influencer marketing.
• Participate in onboarding new employees and training on Ketchum systems.
• Represent Ketchum for recruitment opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Entry-level experience (1 year) in an agency or similar position.
• Knowledge of various social media tools and programs.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
• Attention to detail and thorough follow-up.
