About the position

The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts and executing sales programs to enhance the market share of Lee Kum Kee's products. This role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory and evaluate sales performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop specific sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects in the industry, including supermarkets, distributors, and restaurants.
• Create new business relationships and manage existing accounts.
• Build relationships with restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
• Grow market shares in soy and sauce categories in assigned territory.
• Introduce and increase the number of Lee Kum Kee SKUs in restaurants and distributors.
• Develop sales strategies to improve market share across all product lines.
• Work closely with assigned channels/customers to achieve sales targets, including product education and competitive analysis.
• Prepare quality plans, budgets, presentations, and reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license with insurance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts for data analysis and problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in technical sales.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese.
