Requirements

• Customer service experience in a property management setting
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
• Familiarity with property leasing processes and contracts
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Experience with One Site or similar property management software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community
• Convert telephone and walk-in prospects to leases
• Communicate effectively with existing residents
• Establish a successful renewal program
• Ensure on-time payment of rent and adherence to lease agreements
• Troubleshoot property-related issues for tenants
• Hire and coordinate with professional services for maintenance
• Keep records of financial transactions for the property
• Produce, reconcile, and balance monthly reports
• Compile reports on statistics, cash receipts, expenditures, and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with resident activities and communication
• Interview prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Post all funds collected and make daily deposits
• Complete move-out procedures
