About the position

Our company is expanding in several key markets and is seeking individuals to be part of our organization's leadership and sales team. We are looking to continue to grow our presence in Lexington and the surrounding areas. We offer competitive compensation, advancement, and a position to make an impact. Our position offers a $75k-125k income range in year 1 for our top new representatives, along with additional compensation for becoming a qualified trainer. We have an aggressive results-based promotion structure that is not tenure-based, and we provide company-paid international trips. Additionally, there is monthly residual income on sales, and sales territories are close to home. Importantly, no overnight travel or weekends are required, although they are available if desired. Selling our products allows you to experience an increasing market need, simple and short sales processes, a protected client base, and the ability to provide peace of mind for your clients. You will be making a difference for families and take pride in the service you provide and the company you represent. We provide extensive hands-on field training, daily support and sales coaching, and a time-tested leads system that works. Advanced sales systems, scripts, and resources are also provided by the company. Requirements
