About the position

Saint Mary's College of California is seeking an Assistant/Associate Adjunct Faculty member for the Spring Semester 2025 to teach MKT 316.01 Digital Marketing. This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth exploration of various topics within the marketing field, allowing for flexibility in content to reflect current industry trends, academic research, and managerial best practices. Potential topics may include new product development, brand management, personal branding, sales management, marketing analytics, marketing for social good, and nonprofit marketing. The course will be held on the Moraga campus, with classes scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 AM to 10:20 AM, starting on February 3, 2025, and concluding on May 25, 2025. Saint Mary's College, founded in 1863, is a residential campus located in the picturesque Moraga Valley, approximately 20 miles east of San Francisco. Responsibilities

  • Teach MKT 316.01 Digital Marketing course during the Spring Semester 2025.
  • Develop and deliver course content that reflects current industry trends and academic research.

  • Maintain a presence in the classroom and be available for student consultations.

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Marketing Communication or a closely related field.
  • Current publication record in the field of marketing.
