Responsibilities

Requirements

  • MD degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology.
  • Successful completion of residency in General Dermatology.
  • Wisconsin medical license and DEA certifications required by start date.
  • Credentialing with UW Health managed care plans and staff privileges at UW Hospital, Meriter Hospital, and VA Middleton must be completed by start date.
